Welcome to lesson #2 on increasing your confidence!  In lesson #1, we covered the importance of profile pictures.  We’ve established that having a good quality profile picture is vital for attracting and seducing beautiful women.

Alright… now we’re going to get a bit more technical here.  But don’t worry. Everything is still going to be easy to understand and follow.

So now we’re talking about building confidence.  Every seduction and attraction program out there talks about how important confidence is – but none of them cover how you can effectively build confidence.

So what’s the deal on this whole confidence thing?

Confidence is not only directly reflective on how many girls you can get, but it also affects every aspect of your life… your job, friendships, making money, and overall well-being.

The first step to building confidence is recognition.

Ask yourself, “What is it that I want to achieve?  Do I want to make more money?  Do I want to make more friends?  Do I want to pickup hot girls?”

It is vitally important that you have a very clear goal in mind.

The more specific it is, the better.  So instead of telling yourself, “I would like to make more money,” say “I want to eventually start making $8000 a month.”

Do yourself a favor right now and get a pen and piece of paper right now.

Go ahead and write down 3 goals.  And for all intents and purposes, write down that you want to learn how to effectively pickup hot women on the internet… and maybe in general!

Picture how happy it will make you feel once you accomplish these goals.

Keep this piece of paper.

The second step is very important and it is arguably one of the most important steps for building your confidence.

The second step is… KNOWLEDGE!

Okay, that’s so obvious, you’re thinking… but how many of you actually go out of your way to obtain the knowledge you need?

The acquisition of knowledge should not be underestimated and many people simply do not educate themselves enough.  Are you buying books to help you out with this step?  Are you consistently trying to learn new things?

There is absolutely no doubt that the more you learn about a topic, the more confident you will feel when talking about it.  You will feel more adequately-equipped - and thus, this will be reflective of your ego, your attitude, and your whole psychological frame.

Knowledge is power!  Power means confidence…

The third step is planning.

So you know your problem and can easily define it.  You have the knowledge to assess and tackle the problem.  Now all you have to do is make a game plan.  How are you going to carry this out?

Let’s relate this all back to online pickup…

Okay, enough with the boring stuff – let’s dive right into the first lesson…

A lot of guys ask me, “Do I need a profile picture?”

Then I always think to myself, are you kidding me?  Is that a serious question, dude?  It’s so common sense!

Here’s the short answer… YES!

Having a profile picture… a good profile picture… is one of the most important aspects of your online dating or Facebook profile.

Remember what you’re trying to do here? You’re trying to sell yourself!  Think of your profile as business brochure.  Who the hell is going to want to buy any of your products if they don’t know what they look like?

However, I do always say that your profile is not as important as your first approach message… but it is a key element. We will cover the first approach message later in this course.

It doesn’t even matter if you think you’re not attractive… you are about nine times more likely to have hot women respond to you if you have a profile picture.

Do you know what a lot of women think when a “no-face” male tries to talk to them on the internet without a picture?  You’re right – she’s thinking… Wow, what a creep.  What’s he got to hide?  He probably looks like a disgusting mutant. Gross!

Even worse… she might also think you’re just down-right unconfident and insecure.  This is the last thing you want to happen.

So how can you make an attractive profile picture?  Here are just a few ways to spruce up your picture…

Let’s start with the obvious – use a good camera. No, I don’t want you using your crappy webcam to shoot some exclusive face-shots.  Everyone has access to a good digital camera – so use it.

At all costs, do not include your typical “self-glamour” shots.  You know what I’m talking about… you guys that stand in front of a mirror with a camera snapping away at yourself with different facial expressions and various model-like poses.

This is one of the lamest things you could ever do in your life!

It also screams I’m a try-hard! This is something you must avoid.

Oh yeah, AND LEAVE YOUR SHIRT ON! Trust me on that one.

So what kind of pictures should you be using?  Simple.  Use pictures of yourself doing things you love… or things that you are passionate about! Add a picture of you playing guitar, playing some sort of sport, drawing, singing… you get the picture.

Women love men who are passionate so show it.

Try and take some pictures with as many beautiful friends as you can (yes, pictures with hot girls DO work).

This is what you’re trying to portray…

“I am a happy individual who knows how to have a damn good time – if you want to have a fun time, you better be talking to me.  If you aren’t, boy, are you missing out!”

You can even include pictures of you partying somewhere fun.  Or simply include a picture of you laughing with a bunch of friends… you get the idea.

Here’s another vital tip – keep your body language in check.

There are certain things that indicate how healthy a person is and posture is indeed one of them.  Here’s a really easy one to follow… smile!

Something as simple as smiling works wonders.
